Terms of order

General
Tuchujenferrari.fi / AromaSense.fi / Aromica.fi / Tuchumies.fi / showerguy.fi is an online store where the products are sold by Aroma Sense Finland Oy (business ID 2860622-3, Soikkokuja 1 04440 JÄRVENPÄÄ). In the sales contract between the customers and AromaSense.fi, these terms and conditions are primarily followed, and in other respects Finnish consumer legislation with consumer customers and Finnish commercial law with business customers.
AromaSense.fi is not responsible for product defects, delivery delays or other breach of contract caused by circumstances beyond AromaSense.fi's control (force majeure). Even in such a situation, AromaSense.fi strives to serve the customer in the best possible way and informs the customer of a force majeure without delay.
AromaSense.fi has the right to update these terms at its discretion without prior notice. Contract terms valid at the time of ordering apply to orders. The terms valid at any given time can be read on the AromaSense.fi website.
Dispute resolution
If a disagreement arises between the parties regarding the transaction or these terms and conditions, the parties will try to resolve the disagreements primarily through negotiations. If the parties do not reach an amicable negotiation result, the disagreement will be resolved in the District Court of Helsinki, Finland. However, the consumer-customer can take the dispute to the general lower court or the consumer dispute board of his domicile. In order to bring the case to the consumer dispute board, the consumer customer must contact consumer advice .
Ordering the product
The customer should carefully familiarize himself with the product information of the products before ordering. All information related to the product can be found in the online store on the product's product card.
An order binding on the customer is created when the customer sends an order from the online store. The customer is advised to check the content of his order carefully before confirming the order, accepting the terms and conditions and paying. The customer understands and accepts that the order is accompanied by an obligation to pay.
AromaSense.fi sends the customer an order confirmation to the e-mail address provided by the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to check that the order confirmation corresponds to the content of the order.
AromaSense.fi has the right not to accept the order. AromaSense.fi may not accept the order, for example, because the product or its replacement product is no longer available.
When doing business at AromaSense.fi, the customer must always provide correct and complete information about himself. The required information is name, e-mail address and telephone number, postal address and, separately, the delivery address, if the products are delivered to a different address. The customer is responsible for the correctness of the information he provides.
Depreciation products
In the AromaSense.fi online store, there are discontinued products for sale, which are discontinued products, model pieces and special lots.
Removal products sold in the online store:
The products are sold in the usual way from the online store. AromaSense.fi guarantees that the product itself is in perfect condition and has a normal warranty. The packaging may be opened or broken, but the product is properly protected for transport.
Immediate delivery products
Some of the products sold in the AromaSense.fi online store are also available as a ready-to-go product from Varasto, in which case you can pick up the product yourself at the respective location. It's a good idea to call the customer first to make sure someone is there at the Warehouse (at home.) AromaSensei.fi reserves the right to fluctuations in the stock balance and cannot guarantee that all immediate delivery products will be available due to continuous fluctuations in the stock balance. Consumer customers have the right to return products with immediate delivery.
Prices and payment
The prices of the products are valid indefinitely or for a separately stated period. The products are charged based on the price valid at the time of order, shown in the shopping cart and order confirmation.
If there was an error in the price indicated in the online store, the price does not bind AromaSense.fi. In clear cases of price errors, AromaSense.fi can claim the error, if it was such an obvious error that the customer should have understood the existence of the error. AromaSense.fi reserves the right to cancel the order in cases of obvious product or price errors.
The prices include the value-added tax. The prices of the products do not include delivery and handling costs, but are indicated separately both immediately in connection with the order and in the order confirmation sent to the customer.
AromaSense.fi can sometimes offer its customers different discount codes. Discount codes basically only give you a discount on products, not shipping costs. Discount codes may be subject to product-specific restrictions. As a rule, the customer can only use the same discount code once. In order to receive a discount, the discount code must be valid at the time of placing the order and must be registered with the order. The discount cannot be activated for the order afterwards. Only one discount code can be used for one order. If the products are returned, the conditions for meeting the conditions of the discount code will be checked.
The order is paid in full at the end of the order process using the payment methods available. After the payment transaction has been approved, the customer's order goes to the AromaSense.fi online store for processing. An SSL-encrypted communication connection is used to transmit the payment, so the payment and the customer's information are protected in a way that is generally considered secure in the industry.
If the customer does not have any of the indicated payment methods available, the customer can place an order via sales@aromasense.fi by email or by phone +358 40 579 6202. In this case, the sales service records the order in the system and sends an advance invoice to the customer's email address. By paying the invoice, the customer confirms his order and accepts its content. The processing of the order will move forward when the payment has been received in the AromaSense.fi account.
Product availability and delivery delays
AromaSense.fi strives to have up-to-date and correct information about the available products in the online store, but cannot always guarantee the accuracy of the information, nor the availability or adequacy of the products sold. Certain products are taken into stock in limited quantities, or the product may otherwise be temporarily sold out at the fair.
If it is a pre-sale product, the delivery time may be several months after the order. The estimated delivery date of the pre-sale product is indicated on the product card.
If the delivery of the products is delayed from the estimated time, AromaSense.fi tries to inform the customer of the delay using the contact information provided by the customer and to give the customer a new estimate of the product delivery time. The customer is considered to have accepted the new estimate as the delivery date, if the customer does not demand cancellation of the order due to a delay in delivery without delay after receiving the notification. If, after placing the order, it becomes apparent that the ordered product is temporarily or permanently out of stock, AromaSense.fi will inform the customer of this as soon as possible.
If the ordered product is not available at all, AromaSense.fi will refund the customer the price already paid for the ordered product in full, and the sale is considered to have been completed for the product in question.
Products ordered from AromaSense.fi are generally delivered directly from our own warehouse. Some of SKIL's products are subscription products, which are generally ordered once a week. AromaSense.fi is not responsible for any damage caused by delays in deliveries or the collapse of the transaction. However, consumer customers have the right to invoke their rights under the Consumer Protection Act due to the delay in the delivery of products. Duchujenferrari.fi is not responsible for the delay if the delivery is delayed or the order cannot be delivered at all for a reason attributable to the customer (e.g. the customer has provided incorrect contact information).
Delivery
AromaSense.fi delivers products to worldwide delivery addresses, excluding Poste restante addresses. The estimated delivery time and method of the products are product-specific and are indicated on the product card.
Home delivered products are transported to the destination address. For products delivered to the pick-up point (Posti or Matkahuolto), the customer receives a notification by email and/or text message when the order is available for pick-up.
Unclaimed packages from the pick-up point and packages that the customer has refused to receive will be returned to AromaSense.fi. In this case, AromaSense.fi is entitled to collect €7.5 from the customer for the costs incurred in returning the product, which covers part of the shipping costs.
AromaSense.fi is responsible for the damage or loss of goods ordered from AromaSense.fi and delivered to the customer during transport.
If the customer wants to order products abroad, the delivery costs are fixed pricing. Europe €20, Rest of the world €30.
AromaSense.fi delivers orders to Åland without VAT. The customer must clear the shipment through customs and pay the value added tax during customs clearance. More information about customs can be found on the website of the Finnish Customs Service .
Inspection of products, complaints and error liability and warranty
Product inspection and transport damage
When the customer has received the delivery, he must immediately check that the delivered products are intact and otherwise faultless. If the product is delivered directly to the customer by a transport company, you should be at home when the product arrives. When receiving the goods, the customer must check that the delivery is in accordance with the accompanying transport document (bill of lading/consignment) and is undamaged.
If the customer notices transport damage, he must make a note of it in the transport document. Without any entry in the transport document, the responsibility for errors that are already noticeable at the time of delivery remains with the customer. In addition, the customer must make a complaint to AromaSense.fi customer service sales@aromasense.fi without delay after discovering the error
Complaints and error liability
If the customer notices that the product is faulty or broken, the product must be complained about immediately to sales@aromasense.fi. According to the Consumer Protection Act, the consumer customer has the right to report an error within two months of discovering it. The customer is obliged to present proof of purchase (receipt/order confirmation) in connection with the complaint. Complaints are processed only in writing.
If the product is confirmed to have a defect, AromaSense.fi primarily has the right to correct the defect within a reasonable time or deliver a defect-free product instead. AromaSense.fi is responsible for a product error in accordance with the statutory error liability alone or together with the product manufacturer. For business customers, AromaSense.fi is not responsible for direct or indirect loss, damage or loss of income caused by the product and/or service.
AromaSense.fi's responsibility does not cover damage to the product after delivery, normal wear and tear of the product, or damage caused by use of the product contrary to the instructions for use and care, maintenance or repair measures other than AromaSense.fi.
Warranty
The warranty for AromaSense.fi products is stated in the product information. The possible warranty of the products is determined according to the warranty conditions defined by the manufacturer. The customer is obliged to familiarize himself with the warranty conditions supplied with the product before using the product. The warranty conditions can be found in the user manual, a separate warranty form or at the web address provided by the manufacturer. The showers are guaranteed for 2 years.
The product information describes the product's possible warranty period. The order confirmation received at the time of ordering serves as a warranty certificate for products ordered on AromaSense.fi. The customer must keep the warranty certificate throughout the warranty period.
The conditions presented in this section only apply to consumer customers. Business customers have no right of return.
Right of return (right of cancellation)
Based on the Consumer Protection Act, the consumer has the right to cancel an order placed in an online store or sales service within 14 days of receiving the product (or the last product batch in the case of an order delivered in multiple batches) without giving a reason, i.e. the right to return.
Once the customer has received the product, he must keep it unchanged until he has decided to keep the item.
The right to return AromaSense.fi products is 30 days, which is counted from receiving the product. A return can only be considered if the product is resaleable and without defects. If the returned product has been used, AromaSense.fi has the right to charge a 25% discount. Returned products must not be e.g. damaged, soiled, altered or worn.
In order to comply with the deadline for the right of return, it is sufficient for the customer to return the product by mail in accordance with the instructions or to send his notice of using the right of return before the end of the 30-day return period.
The return notification can be submitted freely by email to sales@aromasense.fi The message must clearly state that the purpose is to return the product and contain the customer's name, order number and contact information including email address, and it must be titled "return notification". AromaSense.fi confirms receipt of the return notification by email.
The customer must immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days after making the return notification, return the product in its original sales packaging, carefully packed without additional markings. All parts, accessories and user manuals related to the product must be returned with the returned product. Product labels and other markings must be intact in place. All merchandise supplied with the returned product must also be returned.
If the item to be returned has a maximum size of 60 x 60 x 100 cm and weighs less than 25 kg, it can be returned via Matkahuolto or Posti. The customer must request and keep the shipping receipt showing the return and the tracking number. If the returned product is lost on the way, and there is no receipt, the customer is responsible for the loss.
The customer is charged for returning the product. AromaSense.fi is entitled to collect €7.5 from the customer for the costs of returning the product, which covers part of the shipping costs.
Failure to collect the product or refusal to receive the product does not cancel the order or exercise the right of return. Possible return costs of €7.5 due to non-pickup will be charged to the customer. If the product is broken or defective, or the delivered product is wrong, the customer should contact sales@aromasense.fi to agree on repairing, replacing or returning the product.
AromaSense.fi can offer a right of exchange for the product. If the customer wants to change the product he ordered, this will be handled in writing by writing to sales@aromasense.fi
Restrictions on the right of return
Some products have a limited right of return. AromaSense.fi does not accept hygiene products as returns if the sales package is opened. These restrictions are based on the Consumer Protection Act (Chapter 6, Section 16). In addition, clearance products purchased directly from the store do not have the right of return.
Credit
AromaSense.fi reimburses the customer for the value of the returned products (minus possible return costs) using the payment method with which the customer has paid for the product. Refunds are made within 14 days after AromaSense.fi has received the product to be returned. There are no costs for the customer to return payments. The customer will be refunded the price paid by the customer for the product, even if the price of the product has changed later.
Processing of personal data and cookies
AromaSense.fi processes customers' personal data in a manner permitted and required by the applicable personal data legislation.
