Showerguy.fi / Suihkujenferrari.fi / AromaSense.fi / Aromica.fi / Suihkumies.fi is an online store where the products are sold by Aroma Sense Finland Oy (business ID 2860622-3, Soikkokuja 1 04440 JÄRVENPÄÄ). The sales contract between customers and ShowerGuy.fi is primarily governed by these terms and conditions and in other respects by Finnish consumer legislation for consumer customers and by Finnish sales law for business customers.

ShowerGuy.fi is not liable for any product defect, delay in delivery or other breach of contract that is due to a circumstance beyond ShowerGuy.fi's control (force majeure). Even in such a situation, ShowerGuy.fi will strive to serve the customer in the best possible way and will notify the customer of the force majeure without delay.

ShowerGuy.fi has the right to update these terms and conditions at its discretion without prior notice. Orders are subject to the terms and conditions in force at the time of order. The terms and conditions in force at any time can be read on the ShowerGuy.fi website.

Dispute resolution

If a disagreement arises between the parties regarding the transaction or these terms and conditions, the parties will primarily seek to resolve the disagreements through negotiations. If the parties cannot reach an amicable settlement, the dispute will be resolved in the Helsinki District Court in Finland. However, the consumer customer may submit the dispute to the general district court of his or her place of residence or to the Consumer Disputes Board . To submit the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer customer must contact the Consumer Advice Service .

Ordering a product

The customer should carefully read the product information before ordering. All product-related information can be found on the product card in the online store.

A binding order for the customer is created when the customer sends an order from the online store. The customer is advised to carefully review the content of their order before confirming the order, accepting the terms and conditions and paying. The customer understands and accepts that the order is subject to a payment obligation.

ShowerGuy.fi will send the customer an order confirmation to the email address provided by the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to check that the order confirmation corresponds to the order in terms of content.

ShowerGuy.fi has the right to refuse an order. ShowerGuy.fi may refuse an order, for example, because the product or a replacement product is no longer available.

When doing business with ShowerGuy.fi , the customer must always provide correct and complete information about themselves. Required information includes name, email address and telephone number, postal address and, separately, delivery address if the products are delivered to a different address. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.

Removal products

The ShowerGuy.fi online store sells discontinued products, which are products that are being discontinued, sample pieces, and special items.

Depreciation products sold in the online store:
The products are sold as normal in the online store. ShowerGuy.fi guarantees that the product itself is in perfect condition and has a valid normal warranty. The packaging may be opened or damaged, but the product will be properly protected for transport.

Instant products

Some of the products sold in the ShowerGuy.fi online store are also available as a "get it now" product from the Warehouse, in which case the product can be picked up from the relevant location. It is advisable for the customer to call first to make sure that someone is present at the Warehouse (in connection with the home). ShowerGuy.fi reserves the right to fluctuations in stock levels and cannot guarantee that all "get it now" products are available due to continuous fluctuations in stock levels. Consumer customers have the right to return "get it now" products.

Prices and payment

Product prices are valid until further notice or for a separately stated period. Products are charged based on the price valid at the time of order, as shown in the shopping cart and order confirmation.

If there has been an error in the price stated in the online store, the price is not binding on ShowerGuy.fi . In cases of obvious price errors, ShowerGuy.fi may claim error if the error was so obvious that the customer should have understood the existence of the error. ShowerGuy.fi reserves the right to cancel the order in cases of obvious product or price errors.

Prices include VAT. Product prices do not include delivery and handling costs, which are stated separately both immediately upon ordering and in the order confirmation sent to the customer.

ShowerGuy.fi may occasionally offer its customers various discount codes. Discount codes generally only provide discounts on products, not on shipping costs. Discount codes may be subject to product-specific restrictions. As a rule, a customer can only use the same discount code once. To receive a discount, the discount code must be valid at the time of placing the order and must be registered with the order. The discount cannot be activated for an order afterwards. Only one discount code can be used for one order. If products are returned, the conditions for fulfilling the discount code will be checked.

The order is paid in full at the end of the ordering process using the payment methods available. Once the payment transaction has been approved, the customer's order will be sent to the AromaSense.fi online store for processing. The payment is transmitted using an SSL-encrypted data connection, which means that the payment and the customer's information are protected in a manner generally considered secure in the industry.

If the customer does not have any of the stated payment methods available, the customer can place an order via email at sales@aromasense.fi or by phone at +358 40 579 6202. In this case, the sales service records the order in the system and sends a pre-invoice to the customer's email address. By paying the invoice, the customer confirms their order and accepts its contents. The order processing will move forward when the payment has been received in the ShowerGuy.fi account.

Product availability and delivery delays

AromaSense.fi strives to provide up-to-date and accurate information about the products available in the online store, but cannot always guarantee the accuracy of the information, nor the availability or sufficiency of the products sold. Certain products are taken into stock in limited quantities, or the product may otherwise be temporarily sold out at trade fairs.

If it is a pre-sale product, the delivery time may be several months after the order. The estimated delivery time of a pre-sale product is indicated on the product card.

If the delivery of the products is delayed from the estimated time, ShowerGuy.fi will endeavour to notify the customer of the delay using the contact details provided by the customer and to provide the customer with a new estimate of the delivery time of the product. The customer is deemed to have accepted the new estimate as the delivery time if the customer does not immediately request cancellation of the order due to the delay in delivery after receiving the notification. If, after placing the order, it becomes apparent that the ordered product is temporarily or permanently out of stock, ShowerGuy.fi will notify the customer of this as soon as possible.

If the ordered product is not available at all, ShowerGuy.fi will refund the customer the price already paid for the ordered product in full, and the transaction will be considered cancelled for that product.

Products ordered from ShowerGuy.fi are generally delivered directly from our own warehouse. Some SKIL products are made to order, which are usually ordered once a week. ShowerGuy.fi is not responsible for any damage caused by delayed deliveries or cancellation of the transaction. However, consumer customers have the right to invoke their rights under the Consumer Protection Act arising from delays in the delivery of products. Suihkujenferrari.fi is not responsible for the delay if the delivery is delayed or the order cannot be delivered at all due to a reason attributable to the customer (e.g. the customer has provided incorrect contact information).

Delivery

ShowerGuy.fi delivers products to worldwide delivery addresses, excluding poste restante addresses. The estimated delivery time and method of delivery for products are product-specific and are stated on the product card.

Products delivered to your home will be transported to the destination address. For products delivered to a pickup location (Posti or Matkahuolto), the customer will receive a notification by email and/or text message when the order is available for pickup.

Packages not claimed at the pickup location and packages that the customer has refused to accept will be returned to ShowerGuy.fi . In this case, ShowerGuy.fi is entitled to charge the customer 7.5€ for the costs incurred in returning the product, which covers part of the shipping costs.

ShowerGuy.fi is responsible for any damage or loss of goods ordered from ShowerGuy.fi and delivered to the customer during transportation.

If the customer wants to order products abroad, shipping costs are fixed. Europe ~20€, Rest of the world ~30€.

ShowerGuy.fi delivers orders to Åland Islands without VAT. The customer must clear the shipment and pay VAT at customs. More information about customs clearance is available on the Finnish Customs website .

Product inspection, complaints, liability for defects and warranty

Product inspection and shipping damage

When the customer has received the delivery, he must check without delay that the delivered products are intact and otherwise free from defects. If the product is delivered directly to the customer by a transport company, it is advisable to be at home when the goods arrive. When receiving the goods, the customer must check that the delivery is in accordance with the accompanying transport document (waybill/consignment) and is undamaged.

If the customer notices any damage during transport, he/she must make a note of this on the transport document. Without any note on the transport document, the customer is responsible for any defects that are already noticeable at the time of delivery. In addition, the customer must immediately, upon noticing the defect, file a complaint with ShowerGuy.fi customer service at sales@aromasense.fi

Complaints and liability for defects

If the customer discovers that the product is defective or broken, a complaint must be made without delay to sales@aromasense.fi. The consumer customer has the right to report the defect within two months of its discovery under the Consumer Protection Act. The customer is obliged to present proof of purchase (receipt/order confirmation) in connection with the complaint. Complaints will only be processed in writing.

If a product is confirmed to have a defect, ShowerGuy.fi has the primary right to correct the defect within a reasonable time or deliver a defect-free product in its place. ShowerGuy.fi is liable for the defect in the product in accordance with the statutory liability for defects, alone or together with the manufacturer of the product. For corporate customers, ShowerGuy.fi is not liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage or loss of income caused by the product and/or service.

ShowerGuy.fi's liability does not cover damage to the product after delivery, normal wear and tear of the product, or damage caused by use, maintenance or repair measures other than those carried out by ShowerGuy.fi .

Warranty

The warranty for ShowerGuy.fi products is stated in the product information. The possible warranty for the products is determined in accordance with the warranty terms specified by the manufacturer. The customer is obliged to familiarize himself with the warranty terms supplied with the product before using the product. The warranty terms can be found in the user manual, a separate warranty form or on the website provided by the manufacturer. The warranty for showers is 2 years.

The product information states the possible warranty period for the product. The order confirmation received with the order serves as the warranty certificate for products ordered from ShowerGuy.fi . The customer must keep the warranty certificate for the entire warranty period.

SKIL tools are guaranteed by SKIL BV. Read the warranty terms.

  • The warranty period for SKIL tools is 3 years or 1 year for professional or similar use.
  • For brushless and cordless “BRUSHLESS MOTOR” tools, the warranty period is 5 years or 1 year for professional or similar use.
  • Warranty claims must be made within the warranty period. The tool, without accessories or special case, must be delivered to the seller. Partially or completely disassembled tools are not covered by the warranty. If the buyer sends the tool to the seller or customer service, the costs and risks of transportation are the buyer's responsibility.

Order return and refund

The terms and conditions set out in this section apply only to consumer customers. Business customers do not have the right to return.

Right of return (right of cancellation)

Based on the Consumer Protection Act, a consumer customer has the right to cancel an order placed in an online store or sales service without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the product (or the last product batch in the case of an order delivered in several batches), i.e. the right to return.

Once the customer has received the product, they must keep it unchanged until they decide to keep the goods.

ShowerGuy.fi products have a 30-day return period, calculated from the date of receipt of the product. Returns are only possible if the product is resalable and free from defects. If the returned product has been used, ShowerGuy.fi has the right to charge a 25% reduction in value. Returned products must not be, among other things, damaged, dirty, altered or worn.

To comply with the return deadline, it is sufficient for the customer to return the product by post according to the instructions or to send their notification of exercising their right of return before the end of the 30-day return period.

The return notification can be made in a free format by email to sales@aromasense.fi. The message must clearly indicate that the intention is to return the product and include the customer's name, order number and contact information including email address, and it must be titled "Return notification". ShowerGuy.fi will confirm receipt of the return notification by email.

The customer must return the product in its original sales packaging, carefully packed without any additional markings, without delay and in any case no later than 14 days after submitting the return notification. All parts, accessories and instructions related to the product must be returned with the returned product. The labels and other markings on the products must be intact and in place. All packaging supplied with the returned product must also be returned.

If the returned item is no larger than 60 x 60 x 100 cm and weighs less than 20 kg, it can be returned via Matkahuolto or Posti. The customer must request and keep a shipping receipt and tracking number indicating the return. If the returned item is lost in transit and there is no receipt, the customer is responsible for the loss.

There is a charge for returning the product. ShowerGuy.fi is entitled to charge the customer 7.5€ for the costs incurred in returning the product, which covers part of the shipping costs.

Failure to pick up the product or refusal to accept the product does not cancel the order or constitute exercise of the right of return. Any return costs of 7.5€ resulting from failure to pick up will be charged to the customer. If the product is broken or defective, or the delivered product is incorrect, the customer must contact sales@aromasense.fi to agree on the repair, replacement or return of the product.

ShowerGuy.fi may offer a right of exchange for the product. If the customer wishes to exchange the product they have ordered, this will be handled in writing to sales@aromasense.fi

Limitations on the right of return

Some products have a limited right of return. ShowerGuy.fi does not accept returns of hygiene products if the sales package is opened. These restrictions are based on the Consumer Protection Act (Chapter 6, Section 16). In addition, discontinued products purchased directly from the store do not have a right of return.

Credit

ShowerGuy.fi will refund the customer the value of the returned products (less any return costs) using the payment method with which the customer paid for the product. Refunds will be made within 14 days of AromaSense.fi receiving the returned product. The customer will not incur any costs for returning the payment. The customer will be refunded the price paid by the customer for the product, even if the price of the product has subsequently changed.

Processing of personal data and cookies

ShowerGuy.fi processes customers' personal data in a manner permitted and required by the personal data legislation in force at any given time.
