The universal brushless SKIL 3540 battery saw is a compact alternative to circular saws. This lightweight one-handed saw is a very handy tool for sawing panels and floor materials. Thanks to the multi-purpose blades supplied with the device, this tool is suitable for sawing a wide variety of materials, such as wood, laminate, plastic, aluminum and ceramic tiles. Despite its very compact size, the maximum cutting depth of the SKIL 3540 is up to 41 mm. The digital carbon brushless motor is even more powerful and efficient and offers ten times longer service life compared to a carbon brush motor. Good visibility of the work site is guaranteed thanks to the LED light that illuminates the sawing line and the blowing function that keeps the sawing line clean. Its other convenient features include an electric brake that increases working comfort and a soft start that gradually increases speed. Dust-protected bearings protect the saw from dust, extending the service life of the saw. The standard equipment of the SKIL 3540 CA includes a saw blade with a carbide tip, a hardened steel saw blade, a diamond cut-off disc, a vacuum cleaner adapter and a parallel guide that facilitates straight-line sawing. Battery and charger are not included.
