The sliding "20V Max" SKIL 3590 cordless miter saw is very compact and light. Don't let its size fool you, though. Like all other SKIL “20V Max” cordless tools, this model is powered by industry-leading, advanced “PWRCORE 20™” battery and charger technology. Thanks to the powerful battery system and intelligent sliding function, this tool easily copes with even the most demanding sawing jobs. In most miter saws, the saw head is attached to the bars, which, when using the saw, push back from the saw. However, the SKIL 3590 model has fixed bars and a sliding saw head, which allows the saw to be placed close to the wall. The workpiece is easy to fasten with a unique quick-fastening system, which is much faster than conventional fastening systems. Its precise laser shows the sawing line clearly. Its ease of adjustment ensures optimal accuracy and flexible use. You can set the laser line to the left or right side of the blade. Sawing angles can be infinitely adjusted for precise bevel and miter sawing, and the most frequently used angles can be easily selected from the fixed locking points. The table extensions intended for longer workpieces are fully foldable and the equipment also includes an additional handle for easier carrying. The SKIL 3590 also has a spacious dust bag and a built-in vacuum cleaner connection in an aluminum cover. The SKIL 3590 CA is supplied with a 40-tooth carbide-tipped 216 mm saw blade, parallel guide, workpiece quick-release and dust bag.
