The high-performance, two-speed "20V Max" 3080 cordless drill with high torque is part of the SKIL "brushless XP" tool collection. “XP” tools offer superior performance and durability thanks to their premium technical features and advanced digital carbon brushless motors. Like all other SKIL “20V Max” cordless tools, this model is powered by industry-leading, advanced “PWRCORE 20™” battery and charger technology. The carbon brushless SKIL 3080 is an excellent tool both for demanding screwdriving jobs and for quickly drilling large holes. The digital carbon brushless motor is even more powerful and efficient and offers ten times longer service life compared to a carbon brush motor. The intelligent anti-kickback braking technology improves operational safety, because to avoid kickback, it turns off the tool in the event of a jammed accessory. The tool has two gears and 23+1 torque settings, which guarantees precise drilling and screwdriving results. Model 3080 has an all-metal 13 mm quick-release chuck, which guarantees a very strong attachment of the accessory. An advanced LED work light with torch setting ensures excellent visibility of the workpiece. Automatic Spindle Lock for easy changing of accessories. This versatile tool offers an all-round superior performance: reliable lithium-ion battery technology, adjustable speed for excellent control and a padded handle for comfortable working.
